Fallen But Found is a ministry that teaches God's children how to communicate with Him.

Getting Started

Belief is the bridge that connects the natural and spiritual realms. If someone chooses to believe the lie that "God does not speak to people anymore" it becomes virtually impossible to hear Him. God is a loving Father, who desires to speak to His children - despite what the nay-sayers say.

Getting started begins with a willingness to see beyond your current understanding. As you move through this guide, you will learn to discern the Light from the darkness, and how to align yourself with the Light.

A word of guidance before you begin: read this guide in order. Each step builds on the last, helping you see clearly, understand deeply, and encounter Jesus for yourself.

The Bible is God’s Letter to You

If God were to write you a personal letter, it would read like the one below. In truth, God has already written you a letter - a very detailed one we call the Bible - this is just a shorthand version.

My beloved child,

I created you because I love you and I delight in your life. From the very beginning, I made a world full of beauty, order, and purpose—a place where you could walk with Me freely. I gave you the gift of choice because love must be freely given.

But you and the people around you often turned away from Me, choosing broken paths that lead to pain and separation. Even then, I did not abandon you. I sent messengers, prophets, and teachers to guide you back to the truth of My love, to remind you that My ways are life.

Ultimately, I showed you the depth of My love through Jesus. He came to live among you, to reveal My heart, to show you how to love fully, and to take upon Himself the consequences of all that is broken in the world so you could be reconciled to Me. Through Him, you can be forgiven, restored, and made new.

I want to be with you—here, now, in your daily life. I speak through the Spirit, through My Word, and through the quiet stirrings of your heart. I am calling you to trust Me, to follow Me, to walk in the light of My truth. My desire is not rules or burdens, but relationship—a love that transforms you from the inside out.

This letter, My Word, and the story of redemption is all about one thing: you. I made you, I love you, I call you, and I am with you always.

With unending love,
Your Father

The Case for Jesus

Imagine you are standing in line to enter a large venue. The doors are still closed to you, and the line stretches farther than you can see. While you wait, people begin trickling out through another exit nearby.

Being the curious person you are, you can’t help but listen.

One after another, people walk past speaking about the same thing — a man seated on a throne inside, dressed in pure white, wearing a crown. Full of love and compassion.

As people continue to leave the stories keep coming.

Different ages. Different backgrounds. Different languages. Yet every person describes Him the same way.

“He knew everything about me.” “He spoke truth straight to my heart.” “I’ve never felt love like that before.”

You soon learn He is an author — in fact, His book is the most read book in human history. Entire civilizations have been shaped by His words. Millions claim He changed their lives forever.

As more people exit, you notice something else: many are crying. Not tears of grief, but relief — the kind that comes after years of carrying something heavy and finally setting it down.

You keep hearing the word "forgiven" - but the tone of the word is not like anything you've ever heard before. Others say their fear disappeared - their anxiety vanished. A dozen even claim they were healed instantly from diseases doctors said were terminal. Then a lady comes out - tears streaming from her eyes. She received a call that her son who was pronounced dead is now alive.

You feel a form of hope bubbling up within in you as you stare at the door pure wonder.

Then a whisper comes from the person behind you in line:

“That can’t be real. Nobody gets healed like that. It’s scientifically impossible.”

You pause.

Because you just watched hundreds of people walk out with joyful tears — people who looked undeniably changed. People displaying emotions so powerful they couldn't be faked.

Curious, you pull out your phone and search the man in white. Instantly you find testimony after testimony. Hundreds. Thousands, even. People across centuries telling nearly identical stories: forgiveness, restoration, healing, new life - even unexplained miracles.

And beneath almost every testimony is another comment:

“Fake.” “Impossible.” “Science.” "Santa."

You notice something strange.

All of the people dismissing the stories have one thing in common:

They’ve never gone inside.

They’ve analyzed the building. Studied the architecture. Written papers about what should or should not happen in a place like that. But they have never met the man on the throne.

Meanwhile, the witnesses keep coming out — not arguing theories, but telling experiences.

Science, you realize, stands outside measuring the door.

Testimony walks through it.

Science asks, “Is this possible?” Testimony answers, “I was there.”

The line moves forward.

Now you stand at the entrance. The doors begin to open, and you hear a loving, powerful voice call out: “Come. Trust Me. Place your life in My hands, and I will fill what has been empty within you.”

For the first time, you understand the choice before you — to step forward and receive what so many others have found, or to turn away and leave it behind. Those criticizing had already made their choice.

Now the choice is yours.

Why Jesus Is Worthy

In the beginning, God created a perfect world — a place of love, harmony, and order. From the very start, the universe was divided into two eternal kingdoms: the Kingdom of Light and the Kingdom of Darkness.

The Kingdom of Light was built on truth and love - the nature of God. The Kingdom of Darkness was built on lies and fear — the nature of the wicked one. Each kingdom ruled according to its own way - opposites in every aspect. The two were separated and never to mix.

God placed Adam and Eve in a paradise within the kingdom of Light. Everything was Light, and all darkness that existed was contained in one place: the tree of knowledge of good and evil. God gave them a single command: “Do not eat from this tree, for in the day that you eat of it, you will surely die.”

The tree contained the fruit of darkness. Every wicked and unclean spirit was imprisoned within this fruit - sealed away from mankind. God gave Adam and Eve the choice to stay with Him or to experience darkness - and they chose darkness. Adam and Eve ate the fruit, and in that instant, the perfect seal that separated The Light from Darkness was broken. The darkness was set free from the bounds of its prison. God's perfect creation of light was now contaminated.

Even after Adam and Eve chose darkness over God, He did not abandon them. He did not turn His back or withdraw His Spirit. He could have demanded instant justice, claiming the lives of sinners. He could have lifted His hand and left the world to its own darkness. But He didn't. Because although God hates darkness - He loves mankind.

Instead, He did something inconceivable. He responded with love beyond measure. He clothed them and put them in another realm which would allow them an opportunity to experience the darkness they tasted - for them to see if they truly wanted it; and if not - to give them a chance to repent and come back home.

Rather than making them pay for their sins with their own lives - He established a system of sacrifice, where the shedding of innocent blood could cover their sins (*guilty blood can only cover its own sin). Over the course of millennia He sent waves upon waves of messengers He called prophets to warn, guide, and redirect humanity back to the Light - placing His own servants in harm's way. He intervened at every possible point to rescue, restore, and redeem.

But time after time, His people rejected His call. The world had become saturated in darkness - loving it more than the Light.

By this point, you might expect God to destroy the world - maybe start over. But He didn't. He tripled down on Love. He went further than anyone would have imagined — He sent His own Son to be the Light. Not only to shine Light onto the world plagued by darkness, but also to pay the price for its sins.

Jesus taught the world what it meant to be the Light. He bore the weight of darkness, sin, and death Himself. He took it with Him to the cross to die so that humanity could be reconciled with Him. God sacrificed Himself - the only sacrifice great enough to cover the sins of the world.

Through Him, the impossible became possible: God paid the price for the sins of the world. Now He can redeem anyone, anywhere, anytime.

As long as they don't reject Him.

This is just a small portion of what it means when to say that God is love, God is Holy, God is worthy.

His Holiness is unfathomable. He is love that will not let go, love that will not compromise, love that will not leave. Every act of mercy, every sacrifice, every warning, every gift of life, every moment of patience — all reveal His nature, all show His devotion.

The story of the Bible, from Eden to Calvary, is the story of a God who goes farther than anyone else would ever go, tirelessly working to divide light from darkness, to redeem, and to bring us back into the place of communion He intended from the very beginning. This is why God is worthy of all praise. Because in a world of darkness, He chooses to remain. Because in a world of sin, He chooses to love. Because in a world of brokenness, He chooses to repair.

God really loves you. You are everything to Him. He will always love you a million times more than you can love Him. He has been with you since the day you were conceived, watching over you, guiding you quietly behind the scenes, even when you couldn’t see Him. He has been patiently waiting for you to realize just how deep His love runs — to understand that the struggles, the pain, the confusion in life don’t come from Him, but from the darkness that opposes Him. You might have been blaming the wrong source all along. God is truly wonderful, and He wants you. He is calling you into His presence, offering forgiveness, peace, and a love that never lets go. All He asks is that you turn to Him and receive His love.

Understanding the Spiritual Realm

Many churches and ministries, though often sincere in intention, have gradually drifted away from teaching the deeper spiritual realities described in Scripture, focusing instead on outward religion while neglecting the unseen war taking place behind human life. Yet the spiritual realm is not symbolic or secondary—it is the true and lasting reality, while the natural world we experience is temporary - a brief interruption in eternity that grants humanity time and opportunity to repent before final judgment. This truth is not meant to produce fear, but understanding. The unseen realm is not something to dread; it is simply the greater reality in which every person already exists. Ignoring it does not make it disappear—it only leaves a person unprepared for what is ultimately real. With this understanding, we can begin to see life as it truly is:

The world we see and live in is only a small part of what is truly real. There is another world we cannot see—the spirit world—which exists and operates behind the one we know, ruling over this world behind an invisible veil.

Within this unseen realm, two kingdoms are at work: the Kingdom of Light and the kingdom of darkness. If you imagine each kingdom as a radio station broadcasting messages beyond its spiritual borders and into the minds of people in the natural world, you have a rough picture of how the spirit and natural realms are connected. These “stations” seek to influence men and women to carry out the will of their kingdom.

People themselves are like radios that are susceptible to tuning. Every person is created with the ability to receive spiritual influence, whether they are aware of it or not. The mind acts as a receiver and the heart acts like a tank - being filled with whatever the mind is receiving. What a person chooses to believe, dwell on, and act upon determines which 'spiritual station' becomes stronger.

What begins like a faint broadcast can grow in strength as a person spends more time listening, agreeing, and acting on what they receive. Over time, that influence can deepen, becoming a doorway through which spirits move in and out of a person. Most who experience this believe the influence to be their own thoughts. But as they continue to listen, agree, and act, their hearts become dark and their own will is gradually overtaken. In extreme cases the spirit’s will is all that remains - allowing the spirit to fully animate the body with total control - wearing the body like clothing.

Wicked spirits can only enter people who receive and believe their lies.

Wicked spirits operate through people who have become receptive, or 'in-tune', to them. Many personality traits of people are a reflection of the spirit they are in-tune with. The longer period of time someone has been in-tune to a spirit - the more they resemble the spirit. For example, someone in-tune with a gluttony spirit will slowly grow over time.

The key for spiritual domination is this concept of tuning. Tuning is the process by which a spirit trains someone to think in repeated patterns reactively which include their lies. Once someone begins consistently repeating the lies to themselves without being prompted - they have been properly tuned to the spirit. In other words, the lie is firmly established in them. Some people believe these lies so deeply that they become advocates for sinning. Being in-tune with wicked spirits is what the Bible calls a stronghold.

Being in-tune with a spirit means that the doorway for spiritual entry has been firmy established. If the spirit can freely enter a person's soul - then that soul has become the spirit's home. The process of evicting the spirit from its home is called deliverance - which is the author's secondary ministry.

So you may be wondering - how can someone receive deliverance from a wicked spirit who is living in them?

The short answer is this:
To be free from wicked spirits, you need a Holy Spirit that is more powerful than they are to remove them and live within you instead.

The long answer simply adds a few requirements prior :
Be saved by accepting Jesus as Lord, repenting of your sins, being baptized in water, and receiving the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

Sounds familiar I'm sure. This is the good news - this is the gospel.

Understanding the Gospel

Before Jesus, every soul was accountable for its own choices, and failing to walk rightly left the door open for the enemy to make a claim. But Jesus changed everything. He rewrote the rules in the courts of heaven, paying the price for every sin and removing the enemy’s legal right over any soul. Because of Him, God now holds full ownership of every soul, and the power of darkness has been defeated.

Before Jesus,
• People had the free will to choose darkness (sin)
• But each person was responsible for covering their own sins.
• Failing to follow the law properly could result in the wicked one having a legitimate claim to the person's soul.

After Jesus,
• People continue to have the free will to choose darkness (sin)
• But because Jesus paid the price for all the sins of the world - God has full ownership of every soul despite the sins commited.

In other words - the wicked one has lost all claims and all power.

All God asks for in return for His redemption is to..

• Accept Jesus as Lord and Savior - If Jesus is your Lord you will submit to Him and obey Him. If Jesus is your Savior, then you have accepted his sacrifice.

• Repent for your sins - and stop walking in the very darkness you are seeking salvation from.

• Get baptised in water- which is the equivalent of signing a spiritual covenant that you are going to walk in the Light.

• Receive the fire baptism of the Holy Spirit - which is the equivalent of God signing the covenant.

How to Begin Following Jesus

Following Jesus means to come into agreement that we should be like Him; to be His disciple and learn His ways - the ways of Light. It means tuning your mind to the the Holy Spirit.

One of the best way to follow Jesus is to read the Bible daily and put into practice what you learn. Here's the simplest way to get started - its following the two core teachings of Jesus.

1. Love God with all your heart, mind, soul, and strength.
2. Love your neighbor as yourself.

If you do these two things, everything else will fall into place.

The Heart God Looks For

The heart God looks for is not about appearances or achievements—it’s about posture. How you orient yourself toward Him.

In short: God wants a surrendered heart—one that turns toward Him, trusts Him, and follows Him in every moment. It doesn’t need to be perfect. It just needs to be willing.

Remember: God values your posture, not your performance. A heart that truly seeks Him is more precious than outward appearances or religious acts.

How to Remain Connected to God

Although a radio has the ability to tune into hundreds of stations - it can only listen to one at a time. Likewise - the mind is capable of tuning into thousands of spirits - but it can only listen to one at a time. Remaining connected to God is the process of listening exclusively to Him - continually.

Although the mind is an antenna for spirits - it also serves as a gateway to the heart. When the mind listens to a station, it begins to trust it; and what the mind trusts is allowed to enter and shape the heart. Because the heart becomes full by whatever the mind continually receives, with focus over time it can grow to be full of Light.

At any moment a person's mind is either in a state of loving Holiness (God) or unloving unholiness (not God). Everyone is given the free-will to 'tune' their mind to whatever 'station' they wish whether it be the Holy Spirit or a wicked spirit like bitterness, hatred, envy, lust, etc.

Keeping the mind permanently tuned into the station of Holiness is the ultimate goal of every child of God - to listen exclusively to the Holy Spirit and allow the heart to be filled with the Light. This is what the Bible calls "the renewal of the mind." This is a process that takes time and commitment. Although it is simple, it is not a easy - nor fast. It is the author's belief that Jesus alone is the only one who has ever fully devoted His entire mind and heart.

The rest of us are doing the best we can knowing God's grace will cover our failures - but not failing on purpose knowing His grace covers us.

With that said - God honors free-will. If someone chooses to listen to spirits of unforgiveness, hatred, envy, strife, etc they are choosing to not listen to Him. Although the Holy Spirit is a person and does whatever He pleases (being all powerful), He typically does not stay where He is intentionally not listened to. His primary purpose is to guide God's children home - not to remain continually in environments where He is disrespected and grieved. God works continually to separate darkness from Light. He would be waisting His efforts on someone who continually accepted darkness.

Here is some practical advice for maintaining alignment with the Holy Spirit throughout your daily life. The first step is to pray and ask for the Holy Spirit to guide you each day. Invite Him to direct your thoughts, correct your desires, and lead your decisions, recognizing that true spiritual alignment begins not with human effort, but with dependence on God. When you pray remember that the sincerity of the words are almost more important than the words themselves. Mean what you pray. “Holy Spirit, stay with me today. Guide my thoughts, cleanse my mind, and purify my heart. Help me see what is true, think what is good, and act in love. In Jesus name, Amen.”

The next step is awareness. Begin paying attention to your inner thoughts, feelings, and impulses as they arise. Notice not just what you think, but the emotions connected to those thoughts. Are you anxious, restless, prideful, discouraged, or confused? Or are you peaceful, patient, humble, and trusting?

Ask yourself intentionally in each situation: What thoughts and emotions would the Holy Spirit have in this moment? The Spirit produces qualities such as peace, truth, humility, patience, joy, conviction without condemnation, and unwavering trust in God. By learning to recognize these markers, you begin to differentiate between your own thoughts, influences from the enemy, and the promptings of God’s Spirit.

When you observe that your inner thoughts or emotions are misaligned with these qualities — for example, if fear, anger, pride, despair, lust, bitterness, or confusion dominate your mind — recognize that another spirit may be attempting to lead you astray. At that moment, respond intentionally. Take the following steps as a practical exercise:

1. Identify the influence. Name the spirit or effect that is trying to dominate your thoughts: fear, pride, anger, doubt, hopelessness, etc.
2. Repent aloud. Speak directly to God, acknowledging that you have agreed with this influence and ask for forgiveness. Repentance is not shame but a conscious act of realignment.
3. Invite the Holy Spirit. Ask Him to fill your heart, remove every unclean influence, and remain with you continuously. Speak with clarity: “Lord, I welcome You back. Remove every spirit that is not from You and remain in me.”
4. Return to alignment. Refocus on the qualities of the Spirit — peace, trust, patience, humility, and truth — and intentionally adopt them in your thoughts, words, and actions.

As you practice this consistently, you create a spiritual rhythm of awareness. You train yourself to notice immediately when alignment with the Holy Spirit has been disrupted and to take steps to restore it. This is not a one-time exercise but a lifelong habit of attentiveness, reflection, and intentional submission to God.

Remember that the Holy Spirit does not force Himself upon anyone. He does not enslave or coerce. Unlike the spirits of darkness, He honors your free will. He will not dwell actively in your life when you knowingly continue in agreement with darkness (holding onto anger, bitterness, unforgiveness, lust, etc). Scripture is clear: you cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons also; you cannot partake of the Lord’s table and the table of demons. Choosing alignment with God is always voluntary, but it is also essential.

In essence you are undoing the bite of darkness from the tree of knowledge - rejecting all the spirits of darkness.

Darkness, by contrast, attempts to maintain itself by force. Anyone seeking to be led by the Holy Spirit should expect resistance. This may come as internal struggle, negative emotions, or external pressures — including interactions with people who seek, intentionally or unknowingly, to pull you out of peace, provoke reactions, or knock you off alignment with God’s Spirit. The Bible calls such influences stumbling blocks. Many of these challenges are assigned by the enemy to test your discernment, patience, and trust.

Over time, this practice trains your spiritual senses. You begin to discern quickly when the Spirit is present, when darkness is pressing in, and when your own choices may be opening the door to unhelpful or destructive influence. By cultivating awareness, repentance, and intentional welcome for the Holy Spirit, you maintain a living, dynamic connection with God — allowing His Spirit to guide, empower, and protect you in every circumstance.

God is love. Those who remain in Him remain in love.
